Inspection of buildings/pests

You should arrange a pest and construction inspection before purchasing it. The building inspection should provide data on any significant fundamental problems. 

Your past investigation will identify any problems, such as termites that are present on the property. To negotiate a lower purchase price, you may be able to use these findings, particularly if any repairs are required to fix a problem. The rates
